Chef Elton Sanchez from México will prepare a four-course meal to complement the Mezcal

by Bay Area Mixologist Leonel Lopez with Benesin Blanco Mezcal

Corn tortilla with organic mushrooms, Oaxacan cheese, cabbage and Chef’s Choice salsas (may be ordered Vegan)
