Our next Harvest Social Club dinner will be
Friday, March 16th 6-9 pm
A Pre-Pay, limited seating event
Join us for a wonderful dinner this Friday! Our Harvest Social Club is a group of friends (old and new) who gather each month to celebrate the cultural abundance of México through food, spirits, music and art.
This month’s celebration features Maiz – Corn. Historians believe that corn was first developed in Central México nearly 7,000 years ago from a wild grass called Teosinte. Today, we enjoy many varieties of corn all over the world.
The music of Diego Frias will transport you to a beautiful Mexican Plaza – no passport needed!
We’ll be joined by the wonderful Mezcal Vago with tastings of their artisan small-batch Mezcales
One of our favorite expressions made by Mezcal Vago is their Elote – During the distillation process, roasted corn is added and allowed to macerate for an additional two days, resulting in a unique and extraordinary elixir.
