We’ll enjoy tastings of The Lost Explorer as we dine. The expressions of this exciting Mezcal are chosen to pair perfectly with each course.
The Lost Explorer was the most awarded Mezcal of 2021 – in its first year of production. This small batch, artisan Mezcal made in Oaxaca was created to show reverence to the land and its people, respecting time and the magic of working with Mother Earth and the seasons to slowly bring a magic elixir to life.
The brilliant Master Mezcalero Don Fortino Ramos has worked for decades to perfect his craft. He carefully focuses on each area of creation-from seed to those who care for the agave and the land, and each step of the process along the way. He is mentoring his daughter, Xitlali Ramos, to carry on this beautiful family tradition into the future.
